Our on-line consultation is secure. Your personal and credit card information is confidential and will be shared only with our expert staff and those persons or companies necessary to answer questions and concerns.

For those of you who prefer to talk to a live voice. Call 1-800-228-8662 during our office hours, week days between 9:30 to 4:30 (eastern time).

While many situations can be resolved in the initial consultation; others may require additional consultations and/or ongoing processing and monitoring of client's medical bills and reimbursement. Should this be necessary we will provide you with an enrollment package to establish you as a client.

Only pay for services needed

On-Line: Initial on-line consultations are billed at $29.95. On-line consultations are routinely answered within two working days.

Phone: All calls are charged at a rate of $3.00 per minute with a minimum of $29.95 per incident for each phone call.

Clients: Established clients are charged at a rate of $60.00 per hour for all additional consultation and/ or ongoing processing and monitoring.

Charges for any of the above services are billed to your Visa or Mastercard at the time of your call and the amount confirmed at the end of your call.
